💻 About the Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Data Scientist to join our AI team and work across the entire AI lifecycle — from LLM/RAG and computer vision to backend integration, data engineering, and analytics.

In this hands-on, cross-functional role, you will:

Build and optimise LLM-powered document analysis systems (RAG, extraction, evaluation)
Develop and refine computer vision models for object detection on construction sites
Deploy ML models to production by building and maintaining API endpoints, monitoring, and deployment pipelines
Design data and analytics pipelines, dashboards, and event tracking
Collaborate with product, engineering, and customers to deliver reliable, impactful solutions

You’ll combine research, engineering, product-thinking, and stakeholder communication to build AI systems that perform reliably in real-world construction workflows.
